An aspiring software engineer seeking to change the world, one line of code at a time
I am currently a 19 year old student at Stony Brook University, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree as a double major in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics/Statistics.
I was born in Baguio City, a city located on the northern-most mainland of the Philippines. However, I grew up here in Long Beach, New York after my parents made the decision to immigrate to the United States due to economic reasons.
I love problem solving. It is the primary reason why I was drawn into studying computer science and math. Learning new concepts and new methods to solve problems always excite me.
My main goal is to become a software engineer and have the ability to not only solve problems, but to work out solutions that can heavily impact the world and the people living in it.
